Right Of Buyer To Inspect Goods--Inspection At Facility
RIGHT OF BUYER TO INSPECT GOODS--INSPECTION AT FACILITY OF SELLER
Seller shall give buyer days written notice of the intention of seller to make any shipment to buyer. Within days after the notice, buyer may give seller written notice that buyer elects to inspect the shipment at the facility of seller. If such notice is given by the buyer, the parties shall establish a time for inspection, but if no time is established or if the inspection is not made within days after buyer has given notice of the request for an inspection, seller shall be free to ship the goods to buyer. In any event, if the goods are not inspected by buyer at the facility of seller, buyer shall have the right to inspect the goods at the facility of buyer prior to making payment for the goods.
This is a UCC-buying and selling form.
